Moss Workshop with Jerry Jenkins, originally scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27, 9am-2pm has been rescheduled for Sunday, Oct. 28, 11am-4pm due to weather.
As part of his work for the Northern Forest Atlas Project, Jerry has created some amazing graphical guides to the identification of mosses. This outing with Jerry is an opportunity to field-test his moss guides and learn to identify some of the more common and not-so-common mosses in the landscape here at Hawthorne Valley Farm. Jerry is so kind to offer this event for free, but the number of participants is limited. Registration is closed.
